You've got two completely different questions there.

Answering your first one, You can use your signature whenever you want. You can have kustom syndicate in it, [kS] or any other combination of ks and we can do nothing about it, as kustom syndicate is not a trademark/copyrighted material. We can however, at the leaders discretion, ban you from the kustom syndicate server if your signature is deemed as flamatory material towards kustom syndicate.

Second question, it does not matter whether I think, you think or the leaders think will happen to you. You solely are the 100% reason towards the acceptance or declination to kustom syndicate. That being said, your skills, your personallity and your play style will be the primary characteristics that will lead to said acceptance/declination.

If you didn't understand what above this meant, your allowed to have ks in your signature no matter what, and have patience and the leaders will have an answer for you soon
