Can someone explain????

Well, as unstable as tN is, I guess they didn't want to give anyone direct leadership of the TeamNads group and by extension, the name.

This way, if the leader of tN was to leave on bitter terms, he couldn't try and boot everyone from the group, and then keep the group to annoy the other tNs, as they would have to mispell their name for a 2nd group.
