Stuff on the kS forums

New posts

The little light next to a thread or topic indicates that there is a new post there. Upon viewing the topic the light will dissapear. If you want to take it away without viewing the topic go to the home page and at the bottom of main menu and click "Mark all forums read".

Chatbox

To join the chat go to the homepage and down the bottom of the page you will see it says join the chat, you must click that and it will open a new tab or window in which you can chat live to other people browsing the forum.


Profile Picture

To change your profile picture click Profile on the menu bar at the top of the page, then near the top of the page will be a horizontal list of links, click Avatar, then click upload an image from your computer or post a previously uploaded URL.


Sending a Private Message

If there is someone you would like to talk to via the forums and want to keep it private click PM on the menu bar at the top of the page, then click New Topic and either type in their username or usergroup, you must also include a subject name, type in your message and then send.



If there is any problems with the website you can click the FAQ tab on the menu bar and hopefully that can answer any of your questions.
